Job summary

Leep Utilities seeks a Control Engineer to manage LV and HV networks, oversee 24/7 control operations and lead a small team of Duty Control Engineers. The role focuses on safe operation, regulatory compliance, and effective incident response across a remote-enabled team. A strong background in control systems and SCADA is essential.

The ideal candidate will contribute to safety, governance and continuous improvement, with experience in LV/11kV networks and familiarity with ACOPs, GSoPs and TOCs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing LV network operations and supply restoration.
• Hold industry LV and 11kV network authorisations, SAP (11kV).
• Excellent organisational skills with strong stakeholder communication.
