Alignerr seeks a Mechanical Engineering - AI Trainer to design advanced problems and craft gold-standard solutions that benchmark AI capabilities. You’ll evaluate AI-generated reasoning, including CAD logic and thermodynamic proofs, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering (pursuing or completed).
• Deep domain knowledge in solid/fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, CAD/CAM, or manufacturing processes.
• Clear technical communicator with concise, structured writing.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced mechanical engineering problems spanning FEA, heat transfer, kinematics, materials science, and mechatronics for AI evaluation.
• Author precise step-by-step solutions and golden responses for AI learning benchmarks.
• Audit AI outputs for technical accuracy, safety, and engineering standards (ASME, ISO).
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model reasoning and performance.
