Job summary

Happy Doggo is hiring a Content & Fundraising Coordinator to support our growing online community and fundraising operations. The role splits time between creating engaging content and handling donor communications, while maintaining neat CRM records and processing gifts.

You will report to the Fundraising Manager and work with our UK team, with potential growth as you gain confidence and experience. Remote UK role with flexible hours and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience managing or moderating online communities or social media for a brand, creator, business or charity.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail when handling data and admin.
• Strong written English and ability to adapt tone for social comments or donor emails.
• Comfortable using everyday digital tools, social platforms, and spreadsheets.
• Ability to do light video edits or willingness to learn editing tools.
• High discretion when handling sensitive supporter information.
• Familiarity with a CRM (HubSpot), social scheduling tools, or workplace giving platforms.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish videos across social channels.
• Write captions, titles, and descriptions to reach and inspire audiences.
• Respond to comments and DMs in a friendly, professional tone.
• Answer straightforward questions and direct donor opportunities to fundraising.
• Make light video edits using CapCut or Canva when needed.
• Help create donor thank-you messages and campaign updates.
• Manage shared fundraising inbox and respond to routine donor enquiries.
• Record gifts into the CRM and prepare donation receipts and stewardship materials.
• Keep donor details and preferences up to date.
