Taylor Rose invites solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ PQE in residential or commercial property to join our consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. You can work from home, from one of our offices, or both, with a personal 70-75% billing split, access to lender panels, nationwide office network, and dedicated support.

Qualifications

• 3 years PQE+ in residential or commercial property (private/public sectors).
• Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with property expertise.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on property matters within consultancy framework.
• Manage own portfolio, select clients, fees, hours and workload.
