Job summary

Taylor Rose is seeking legal professionals to join a consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. You may work from home, at an office, or both, with access to nationwide offices and meeting spaces. The role targets solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ PQE, offering up to 75% of your billed amount and a high degree of autonomy.

You will choose clients, fees, hours and volume of work, supported by a dedicated liaison team and robust CMS/IT systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in relevant legal practice (solicitor, FCILEx or licensed conveyancer).
• Eligible for consultancy and fee-sharing arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage own client base and billing targets.
• Negotiate terms with clients and participate in fee sharing.
• Collaborate with Taylor Rose offices nationwide and access meeting rooms.
