Taylor Rose invites experienced property lawyers to join a consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. Earn up to 75% of your billing and choose your own client base, hours and volume of work.

We welcome Solicitors, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancers with 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property to join our consultancy and benefit from rapid client referrals, lender panel access, and dedicated

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in residential or commercial property.
• Eligible to work as Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Willing to operate on consultancy/fee-sharing basis.
• Ability to work from home or from offices across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide property law advice on a consultancy basis.
• Manage client relationships and billing arrangements.
• Collaborate with Taylor Rose on clients across private and public sectors.
