Qualifications

• Essential: Relevant experience in project management, project controls or risk management.
• Essential: Experience on major construction or infrastructure projects.
• Essential: Good understanding of risk management methodologies and mitigation processes.
• Essential: Experience developing and maintaining project risk registers.
• Essential: Experience facilitating or supporting risk workshops with stakeholders.
• Essential: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret project information.
• Essential: Able to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to a wider audience.
• Essential: Good communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive in identifying opportunities to improve project performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess and manage project risks across initiatives.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain project risk registers with clear causes, events, impacts and mitigations.
• Assess likelihood and impact of risks and support proportionate responses.
• Monitor mitigation actions and ensure timely closure with stakeholders.
• Support monthly risk reporting with analysis and insight for clients.
• Contribute to qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to estimate cost and schedule exposure.
• Build strong relationships with project and client stakeholders to promote a proactive risk culture.
• Assist senior Risk Managers in delivering high-quality risk management services.
