Non-contentious Construction Senior Associate - 5-8 PQE - FULLY REMOTE

Our client is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects.

Due to growth, our client is seeking a non-contentious construction associate with 5-8 PQE to work remotely.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (foreign qualified candidates with equivalent or comparable experience in the domestic market will also be considered)
• Be a self-starter who takes the initiative
• Have relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms, as well as drafting bespoke appointments
• Possess strong technical knowledge and experience working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE, and bespoke contractual arrangements
