Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a Communications & Engagement Officer to join the Communications, Engagement and Marketing team. This homebased role in the North West involves creating engaging content, supporting leadership communications, and helping deliver colleague events.

You'll build relationships, manage multiple campaigns, and travel to sites as needed. A full UK driving licence is preferred. A competitive salary and strong benefits package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and providing communications advice and support.
• Experience planning and delivering events, engagement activity or campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver engaging communications and engagement activity that informs, involves and connects colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
• Lead on colleague events and engagement initiatives and build strong relationships across the organisation.
• Develop creative campaigns and tell stories that bring our values and impact to life.
• Provide communications support and advice to stakeholders and ensure two-way engagement.
• Create high-quality content across channels and use insight to continually improve what we do.
