Your Housing Group is seeking a Communications & Engagement Officer to join our Communications, Engagement and Marketing team. The role focuses on delivering engaging communications, campaigns and events that connect colleagues, customers and stakeholders with our values and priorities.

You'll predominantly work from home in the North West, with occasional travel to sites and our Warrington Head Office. The role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment and opportunities to shape internal

Formación

• Experience delivering communications and engagement activity across multiple channels and audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Experience building strong stakeholder relationships and providing communications advice and support.
• Experience planning and delivering events, engagement activity or campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsabilidades

• First and foremost, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging communications and engagement activity that helps colleagues, customers and stakeholders feel informed, involved and connected to our vision, values and priorities.
• You'll have the opportunity to lead on colleague events and engagement initiatives and build strong relationships across the organisation.
• Develop creative campaigns and tell stories that bring our people, values and impact to life.
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide communications support and advice, create high-quality content across channels, champion two-way engagement and use insight to continually improve.
