Flextronics - The Flex Company in Blackburn/Kendal seeks a Commercial Analyst to drive and support contract formation from pre-award through to execution. You will negotiate agreements, collaborate with Tax, Legal, Sales, and Project Management, and help ensure compliant, commercially viable contracts.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with hybrid work options and a competitive package. This is a UK-based position supporting international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in contract management or commercial support.
• Strong negotiation and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review, markup, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts and master agreements.
• Coordinate with Tax, Legal, Sales, and Project Management to optimize contracts.
• Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance and commercial viability.
• Manage contract administration activities and ERP updates.
• Support dispute resolution and contract-related notices.
