Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to help train AI systems on real-world trial workflows, bringing hands-on trial execution, vendor management, and budgeting expertise to cutting-edge healthcare technology projects.

This fully remote contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and the opportunity to contribute to how AI models understand clinical operations.

• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.

• Experienced clinical research professional with a strong background in trial project management
• Skilled at managing budgets, timelines, and multi‑vendor relationships across complex studies
• Comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Detail‑oriented and methodical — you notice when something is off before it becomes a problem
• Self‑motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation platforms
• Background spanning multiple therapeutic areas or trial phases
• Experience in a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical environment
