Job summary

Advo Health Limited is seeking a Clinical Performance Lead to oversee WCA clinical performance and drive quality across the team. You will provide clinical leadership, coach healthcare professionals, and develop strategies to boost productivity, accuracy, and service delivery.

Reporting to the Clinical Performance Manager, you will work with operational and clinical colleagues to ensure reports are evidence-based, compliant with standards, and continuously improved through audits and performance

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership experience and ability to manage clinical performance.
• Experience leading healthcare teams and driving service improvements.
• Understanding of governance, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WCA clinical performance within the team and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide clinical leadership, motivate and coach healthcare professionals, and develop staff.
• Utilise technology and data to analyse performance, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Report performance metrics, explain deviations, and plan actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with governance structures and ensure ongoing proficiency through regular assessments.
