About the company

Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Swindon office. This role is primarily remote, with occasional attendance required for training twice a year.

Your responsibilities

• Handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial.
• Manage a mix of litigated and pre-litigated claims, including fast and multi-track cases.
• Assist senior team members with complex, higher-value cases.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE.
• Previous experience in clinical negligence matters is essential.
• Experience managing your own claimant clinical negligence caseload is advantageous.
