Your new company
Our client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide. They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-3 years PQE to join their Southampton office. This is primarily a remote working role with the occasional requirement to attend the office for training twice a year.
Your new role
You will handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial, including litigated and pre-litigated claims of a fast and multi-track nature. You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value clinical negligence cases.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-3 years PQE. Prior experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential. Experience handling your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence cases is advantageous.
