Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline; SAS certification may substitute some education.
• Significant SAS experience in a regulated environment or CRO is preferred.
• SAS macros, arrays, SQL, SAS Graph and varied output formats are required.
• Proficiency in another programming language (e.g., .NET, VBA) is a plus.
• Good SDLC familiarity and strong organizational skills are expected.
• Ability to learn validated systems and work under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Produce production clinical datasets using established systems and code.
• Develop reusable code per requirements and SOPs for User Acceptance Testing.
• Prepare SDTM and/or ADaM datasets.
• Review data and code for integrity, accuracy and protocol adherence.
• Lead troubleshooting of generic or study-specific code and datasets.
• Maintain study documentation and quality control artifacts per guidelines.
• Review Data Transfer Agreements and specifications as needed.
• Coordinate study schedules and internal/external resources.
