Job summary

Dispensed operates a UK telehealth clinic delivering cannabis-based medicines and related care. We seek a senior operations leader to take day-to-day charge as CQC Registered Manager, guiding patient pathways, governance and clinic performance.

You will manage patient coordination, clinician rostering, regulatory compliance and data-driven improvements, reporting to Head of Operations and collaborating with Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Significant operational experience in a CQC-regulated medical service.
• Extensive telehealth or remote healthcare experience.
• Current or previous Registered Manager status, or readiness to register.
• Experience leading doctors or autonomous clinicians.
• Ability to manage clinics in a scale-up environment.
• Strong knowledge of CQC inspection and governance.

Responsibilities

• The safe, compliant day-to-day running of the clinic as CQC Registered Manager.
• Oversee the full patient pathway: onboarding, records, consultation, prescribing and follow-up.
• Improve appointment yield by optimizing clinician capacity and slots.
• Coordinate records and access to summary care records and GP information.
• Lead patient coordination and clinic administration teams.
• Recruit, credential, roster and manage clinicians; build capacity pipelines.
• Ensure CQC compliance, inspections and governance readiness.
• Manage incidents, safeguarding, complaints and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Head of Operations on standards.
