Job summary
Montu Pharmacy, the dispensing engine behind the UK's largest medical cannabis clinic, seeks a Superintendent Pharmacist to lead clinical governance in a scale-up digital pharmacy. You will shape strategy with the Medical Director and Pharmacy General Manager while maintaining rigorous professional standards.

Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist with current GPhC registration.
- Experience in leading a high-volume online pharmacy.
- Experience preparing for regulatory inspections.
- Multi-site pharmacy experience.
- Experience scaling pharmacy operations.
- Experience implementing pharmacy technology and automation.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centred clinical and professional leadership at Montu Pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC Standards for Pharmacy Professionals and all statutory requirements.
- Document, maintain and communicate safe working practices and SOPs.
- Monitor training and competencies of pharmacy staff per GPhC Code of Ethics.
- Oversee Controlled Drugs governance and record-keeping.
- Lead regulatory readiness and inspections in a scaling online pharmacy.
