Job summary

Enlighten Learning is seeking a Client Solutions Associate for a part-time, remote internship with occasional London visits. You will speak with inbound leads, understand their needs, and guide them toward Enlighten Learning for tutoring solutions.

You’ll work closely with the co-founders and gain hands-on exposure to startup growth. The role requires final-year students or recent graduates, UK residency, and a strong academic record.

Qualifications

• Recent university graduate OR in final year of university.
• Must be a UK resident with UK bank account & phone number.
• Able to travel to London occasionally.
• Strong GCSEs & A-Levels academic record.
• Demonstrated success in target-led roles.

Responsibilities

• Hold consultative calls with potential clients to understand academic needs and advise on suitable package.
• Match the student with a suitable tutor based on needs and preferences.
• Schedule and arrange the client’s first week of lessons, balancing availability.
• Maintain CRM and communicate with clients during onboarding and shifts.
