Job summary

Enlighten Learning is a start‑up offering tailored online tuition across GCSE and A‑Level subjects. You will join as a Client Solutions Associate on a part‑time, remote basis, speaking with inbound leads to guide them toward Enlighten Learning’s tutoring solution.

The graduate programme unfolds in three stages with increasing hours and pay: Stage 1 median about £350/month, Stage 2 around £970/month, Stage 3 about £1,452/month, with a path to a full‑time role after success.

Qualifications

• Be a recent university graduate or equivalent.
• Must be a UK resident, with a UK bank account & phone number.
• Able to travel to London occasionally.
• Have a strong academic record at GCSEs & A-Levels.
• Demonstrated success in target‑led roles.

Responsibilities

• Hold consultative calls with potential clients to understand their academic needs and advise them on the most suitable package.
• Match the client’s student with a suitable tutor based on their needs and preferences.
• Schedule and arrange the client’s first week of lessons, balancing the client’s and tutor’s availability.
• Keep regular contact with the clients over their first week of lessons and solve any problems that might arise during onboarding whilst ensuring the CRM is up to date.
