Job summary

We are Eversheds Sutherland, a global law firm, seeking a proactive and highly organised individual to support client service delivery and strengthen client relationships. You will work with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth engagements and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through legal tech solutions.

The role focuses on coordinating client-facing activities, preparing reports, and driving process improvements across teams to elevate client service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.
• Excellent organisational, time management and project management skills.
• Innovative and curious mindset with ability to improve client service delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients as first port of call for queries and troubleshooting.
• Liaising with colleagues across the business, legal and business services.
• Assisting with preparation of interactive reports and presentations for client meetings.
• Coordinating internal client service team meetings and capturing action points.
• Managing client-specific projects and ensuring governance requirements are met.
• Collaborating with internal teams to streamline processes for better service delivery.
