• Prioritize unread client threads, manage SLA compliance, and conduct proactive outreach to clients.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without copying unnecessary personal data.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints, security incidents, or matters outside authorized boundaries.
