Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a dedicated Client Relationship & Support Specialist to operate remotely from the Birmingham area. You will be the primary contact for our clients, delivering professional, concierge-level account support and ensuring excellent service within the Assetara workspace.

In this role, you will handle CRM administration, client communications, and platform navigation guidance while strictly following compliance rules.

Qualifications

• Compliance with operational, security and data protection guidelines.
• Professional remote work discipline and time management.
• Confidential handling of client data and anti-fraud protocols.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients within the Assetara workspace and approved tools.
• Provide concierge-level support and guide clients through platform navigation while respecting compliance limits.
• Manage client communications queues and SLA adherence, including proactive outreach when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client notes in CRM, avoiding unnecessary personal data sharing.
• Identify and escalate red flags, complaints or security concerns per company rules.
