Qualifications

• Experience as Clerk of Works, Site Inspector or Construction Quality Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and quality standards.
• Capable of autonomous site visits and producing high-quality written reports.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regular inspections of new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Monitor progress and verify compliance with drawings, regulations and warranty standards.
• Identify defects and report issues with clear evidence and photographs.
• Maintain defect trackers and timely inspection reports.
