Job summary

A technology services provider seeks a Cisco Network Engineer to design and support enterprise-grade Cisco network solutions in a remote-first role. Candidates should have strong Cisco experience, including Catalyst and Nexus platforms, and CCNP certification. Qualifications

• Proven experience working with Cisco technologies.
• Strong understanding of routing protocols, VRFs, and packet analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting secure network access.
• Professional-level knowledge of network architectures and infrastructure.
• ITIL awareness supporting managed services environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tickets including Incident and Service Requests.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced routing and security issues.
• Provide project support across Cisco networking solutions.
• Mentor junior technical staff.
