Training is conducted via Zoom and compensation includes a base pay with commission opportunities. The role runs 5 days a week with a Saturday option and offers a target-driven environment with incremental pay per sign-up beyond the weekly

Qualifications

• Recent charity fundraising or similar experience.
• Must have a decent laptop and USB headset with microphone.
• Good broadband connection.
• Strong phone communication skills.
• Zoom-based training and script-based roleplay during interview.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound/inbound charity fundraising calls.
• Hit weekly sign-up targets and contribute to team bonuses.
• Attend remote Zoom training sessions and follow scripts during calls.
