Job summary

Oceaneering International Inc. is seeking a Remote Center Operations Supervisor to oversee remote ROV operations from the Onshore Remote Operations Center (OROC).

This role supports projects, drilling rigs and vessels, ensuring equipment readiness and service excellence worldwide. The successful candidate will have seven+ years offshore ROV experience, five+ years with Oceaneering ROV systems, strong piloting skills, and proficiency with MS Office and ERP/PeopleSoft.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years offshore experience performing ROV scopes.
• Five+ years with Oceaneering ROV systems supporting offshore O&G scopes.
• Strong piloting skillset; able to perform under pressure; MS Office & ERP (PeopleSoft) preferred.
• Must hold/maintain a valid passport and be able to obtain visas for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Schedule remote operations at the OROC in coordination with project management and clients.
• Ensure OROC equipment is functional and ready to support remote operations.
• Maintain robust and secure IT infrastructure for Remote Operations in conjunction with IT teams.
• Assist in creating procedures, processes, and competencies for remote operations.
• Evaluate and qualify new technologies that support remote operations.
• Standardize remote services through collaboration with other OROC supervisors.
• Assist with development of marketing materials, proposals, and contract specs.
• Ensure OROC users adhere to standards for operational excellence.
• Provide support to customer representatives during operational activities at OROC.
• Maximize uptime of OROC; manage inventory and costs.
