• Broad automotive knowledge from pre-war to modern classics.
• Able to write persuasive listings that drive bidder interest.
• Excellent written English with strong grammar and structure.
• Research capability to source and validate obscure data.
• Tech-savvy with CMS/CRM and AI-assisted research.
• Strong fact-checking discipline and technical integrity.
• Open to editorial feedback and continuous improvement.
• Able to write to deadlines and throughput targets.

Responsibilities

• Throughput target: individually contribute 135 auction listings per month.
• Listing performance: listings align with average sale rate.
• Pipeline momentum: maintain momentum with 48-hour turnaround goals.
• Technical integrity: ensure high accuracy and consult with others when data is missing.
• Accuracy & risk control: detect and address potential misdescriptions.
