• Ensure accurate data entry and monitor pathway compliance.
• Perform quality assurance checks and identify data gaps; escalate as needed.
• Track patients throughout their follow-up journey and support data quality and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Cancer Support Team.
