Job summary

Client Server Ltd. is seeking a Senior C# Software Engineer / Team Lead in Bracknell. You’ll guide a squad through architecture, development, delivery and production operations while coding hands-on to tackle complex problems.

You’ll own system architecture and API design, shape technical decisions, and partner with Product Managers on roadmaps and priorities. This role blends leadership with hands-on development and AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams.
• Strong back-end development with C#/.NET.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Squad across architecture, development, delivery and production operations while remaining hands-on.
• Own system architecture, API design, and technical decisions; drive design reviews and code quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmaps, delivery plans and priorities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and 1-2-1 feedback to engineers.
• Champion AI and agentic coding tools across the SDLC and drive modern practices.
