Job summary

North Worcestershire Building Control is seeking a fully qualified surveyor to join our service delivery team across the North Worcestershire area. This role is primarily home-based with flexible hours and aims to provide proactive support to Bromsgrove District, Redditch Borough and Wyre Forest District Councils.

The successful candidate will be a registered Building Inspector (Class 2 A-F) with experience in plan vetting, site inspections, and enforcement, and be prepared to align with the

Qualifications

• Registered Building Inspector (Class 2 A-F) or eligible to upgrade to higher certification.
• Experience across plan vetting, site inspections, enforcement and dangerous structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality building control services from home-based location.
• Maintain compliance with Building Inspectors Competency Framework and Codes of Conduct.
• Liaise with clients and councils to deliver efficient service.
