Job summary

Formula E is seeking a remote technical anchor to ensure exceptional production quality across seven language feeds during race weeks, reporting to the Broadcast & Media Technology Director. The role also drives next-generation tech projects in the off-season.

The position is hybrid, with three days weekly in our Hammersmith, London office, and requires coordinating with external production teams, internal technology groups, and contractors to deliver world-class broadcasts.

Qualifications

• Experience in broadcast teams at Tier 1 sports or federations delivering global events.
• Knowledge of remote production workflows and live host broadcast infrastructure.
• Experience resolving issues for multi-language feeds under tight deadlines.
• A proactive, growth-minded mindset with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Act as central technical and operational contact for Multi-Language Production teams at the Remote Production Centre.
• Allocate, monitor, and troubleshoot remote technical resources for the Host Broadcast team during race weeks.
• Maintain workflow redundancy and rotate locations with the Senior Broadcast Engineer approximately every third race.
• Scope, develop, and implement HDR workflows and enhanced audio configurations.
• Lead technology deployment for the Formula E Test Programme and coordinate with external partners.
