Job summary

4Recruitment Services is seeking a BIM Technician for a fully remote, ongoing temporary contract. The role focuses on developing, coordinating, and delivering BIM models and related data across multi-disciplinary design projects, working with design teams, project managers, and the BIM Manager to ensure accurate model production and integration.

You will produce 3D/2D drawings, coordinate MEP/architectural models, and support COBie data and ISO 19650 processes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering BIM models in 3D and 2D drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce, develop, and maintain 3D BIM models using approved authoring tools, ensuring compliance with BEP and company standards.
• Assist in coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models, identifying clashes and supporting resolution with design teams.
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, schedules, and model outputs for design, tender, and construction stages.
• Support integration of model data with asset information requirements, including COBie and other structured datasets.
• Contribute to maintaining model version control, ensuring updates are recorded and distributed.
• Work with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and integration of design model information.
• Assist project teams in correct application of BIM standards, workflows, and modelling best practices.
