Job summary

Tailored Talent Ltd is seeking a BIM Information Manager for a fully remote, permanent role in the UK. The successful candidate will lead BIM documentation, information management and digital construction initiatives for a leading UK BIM consultancy.

Responsibilities include running information management projects, creating BIM content in Revit, and performing data checks with Solibri/Navisworks, with CBie exports and client demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, engineering or architecture.
• Client-side experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Able to work from home efficiently and manage multiple BIM projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop BIM documentation, processes and protocols for multiple clients and projects.
• Lead Information Management projects for diverse clients.
• Create 3D models using Revit.
• Perform clash detection and data checks with Solibri or Navisworks.
• Export and federate COBie spreadsheets for projects.
• Support business development with technical qualifications and demonstrations.
• Deliver solutions and drive customer satisfaction.
