Job summary

Pulse Clean Energy is seeking a Technical Asset Analyst to support the technical management of our operational BESS and synchronous condenser portfolios. You will work with the Technical Asset Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure assets operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

The role suits a technically minded professional with 2–3 years’ experience in BESS, renewable energy, or asset management, and a background in electrical engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in BESS, renewables, or asset management.
• Degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or related field.
• Awareness of OT cyber-security and SCADA communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day technical management of operational BESS assets.
• Coordinate cyber security assessments and remediation actions.
• Troubleshoot OT network and communications issues with partners.
• Support management of O&M providers, OEMs, and contractors.
• Review faults, alarms and outages; conduct trend analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Coordinate maintenance, site access, inspections and interventions.
• Maintain accurate technical asset records and warranties.
• Support compliance with HSE and technical standards.
• Provide input to asset performance reporting and due diligence.
