Job summary

Scrumconnect is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to support large-scale digital services in a complex cloud environment. You will build, maintain and optimise AWS infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and cloud operations across multiple environments, collaborating with developers, architects, testers and delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing, deploying and supporting AWS infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple environments in AWS.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of API gateways such as Kong Enterprise.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage multiple AWS environments (dev, test, staging, prod).
• Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Git-based tooling.
• Manage AWS infrastructure for React apps, microservices, Lambda and Kafka.
• Support integrations involving ETL processes and RPA solutions.
• Implement secure networking patterns and IAM controls.
• Administer API gateway and FinOps tagging standards.
• Monitor performance and reliability across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve automation and deployment efficiency.
