Job summary

John Sisk & Son is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial reactive and minor works team. You will assist the operational side to ensure successful delivery, maintain relationships, and maximise commercial returns while managing risk.

You will be involved in tender preparation, valuations, final accounts, site measurements, and liaison with site management, with potential progression as capability develops.

Qualifications

• Currently completing a degree in Quantity Surveying.
• CVR appreciation.
• Presentation & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tender preparation and valuations.
• Prepare final accounts and variations.
• Carry out site measurements and attend site meetings.
• Liaise with site management and maintain records.
• Assist in risk/opportunity assessments and contribute to the commercial strategy.
