Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source is seeking a Architectural Metalwork Draughtsperson / Engineer for a fully remote permanent role. You will produce 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings for canopies, balustrades and steel stairs, coordinating input from multiple trades and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

The position offers flexible hours and a start date ideally in January, with a potential for an earlier start. Experience with architectural metalwork and AutoCAD is essential.

Qualifications

• Experienced Architectural Metalwork Draughtsperson / Engineer.
• Strong AutoCAD 2D and 3D skills.
• Up to date with current building regulations.
• Able to coordinate and develop drawings from various trade and design inputs.

Responsibilities

• Produce 2D and 3D drawings for canopies, balustrades, steel stairs and specialist architectural metalwork products.
• Create GA and manufacturing drawings.
• Interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate information from multiple trades.
• Ensure drawings comply with current building regulations.
