Job summary

Vita Health Group is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant with credit control experience to join our remote team. You will bill and collect invoices, ensuring timely month-end reporting, and respond to billing queries with professionalism.

The role offers training and development within a supportive, established team. Candidates should have at least 2 years in credit control, familiarity with Business Central 365 and Xero, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' credit control experience.
• Experience in transactional team / processing invoices.
• Knowledge of accounting systems: Business Central 365 and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable processes including billing and collection of sales invoices.
• Ensure invoices are raised timely and accurately for month-end closing.
• Answer billing-related queries and communicate effectively with customers.
• Support a proactive and flexible team environment.
