Job summary

Monzo is seeking an Anaplan Support Analyst to drive daily operations of the Anaplan platform within the Finance & Anaplan Centre of Excellence. You will work with the Lead Solutions Architect, Model Builders and FP&A to manage change requests, support model building, and train end users across FP&A teams.

You will be responsible for maintaining model data integrity, managing access, monitoring performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Anaplan support and maintenance
• Experience handling change requests and user tickets
• Ability to train non-technical users on Anaplan functionality

Responsibilities

• Manage, triage and deliver end-to-end Change Requests across Anaplan models
• Assist in building, testing and implementing new functionalities
• Design and deliver training sessions and documentation for end users
• Maintain data integrity, user access, model performance, and troubleshoot issues
