WITHIN is seeking an AI Creative Specialist Freelance for a remote-based role in Mexico. You will lead hands-on generative image and video production, using prompt engineering, model training, and internal tooling to create high-fidelity visuals for a varied client roster.

Collaborating with post-production, creative, and strategy teams, you will refine AI workflows, ensure brand consistency and commercial viability, and document best practices for the wider agency.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a creative production or AI-focused role delivering AI-generated content for commercial use.
• Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini, ComfyUI).
• Creative & aesthetic sense with ability to align AI outputs to brand styles.
• Demonstrated innovation mindset with integration of AI solutions in campaigns.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for stakeholder discussions.

Aufgaben

• Advanced AI Model Utilization: expertly employ AI image and video models and API tools to deliver quality outputs.
• Experience with LoRA training for reference/identity conditioning is a plus.
• Creative Integration: collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers to embed AI assets into final deliverables.
• Workflow Innovation: develop prompts, batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets.
• Help maintain and improve internal AI tools; test, report bugs, document workflows for others.
• Track emerging models, benchmark against current tools, and advise on adoption or piloting.
• Quality Assurance & Brand Consistency: oversee QA of AI outputs for color, composition, and brand alignment.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations across various use cases (paid social, digital displays, print).
• Enablement & Knowledge Sharing: share learnings via walkthroughs, docs, and coaching on prompts and workflows.
