Outlier (by Scale AI) is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and score exchanges with an AI voice model, remotely and on your own schedule.

You will compare image and video prompts, spot issues, and provide written explanations in English. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail, clear writing, and the ability to decide when both sides have flaws. Freelance, 1099 contract.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Detail-oriented with patience to review outputs carefully.
• Able to articulate reasons for evaluation clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Hold live English conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely for distortions, artifacts, or misalignment and explain findings.
• Write concise explanations pointing to observed issues and improvements.
