Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media and evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, ranking how natural and clear each interaction sounds.

Responsibilities include comparing AI-generated images/videos, spotting issues, and writing concise explanations in English. This is a freelance/independent contractor role, with flexible hours and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and careful listening.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and describing tasks clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English.
• Rank naturalness and usefulness of AI outputs.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, or voice-video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations of findings in English.
