Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced AI Technical Lead to design, develop and deliver AI solutions for large-scale organisations. You will lead PoC development and production deployment, providing technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

You will build LLM, RAG and multi-agent solutions, develop AI-powered applications and backend services, and work with analysts, data engineers and QA teams to deliver production-ready systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the application development lifecycle.
• Experience leading development teams and providing technical leadership.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications and services.
• Backend development for AI apps and orchestration of LLMs/multi-agent systems.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, scalable AI solutions.
• Build and integrate LLM, RAG, and multi-agent solutions using enterprise frameworks.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Lead proofs-of-concepts and pilots, guiding transition to production.
• Translate business requirements into production-ready AI solutions delivering value.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product owners and QA teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Assess feasibility, data readiness, and constraints for AI solutions.
• Apply best practices for AI deployment, monitoring, security, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, security, DevSecOps, Responsible AI, and regulatory standards.
