Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a flexible, remote schedule in the United Kingdom. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain inaccuracies, all on your own schedule.

As an Outlier Expert, you will contribute to evaluating model performance, with earnings up to $15/hr and potential bonus incentives based on project and surge pricing.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely, zooming in to spot problems like distortion or misalignment.
• Write a concise explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard and why.
