Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely in the United Kingdom. As an Outlier Expert, you will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rate outputs, and document precise explanations of errors.

This freelance opportunity offers flexible scheduling and weekly payments. Contributors may earn up to an hourly rate of USD 15, with additional incentives based on project-based Missions and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet in realistic conversations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models in English and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, errors, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Write specific explanations in English describing what was observed and why a choice was made.
