Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally on AI software products with technical engineering teams.
• Experience building, shipping, or prototyping AI-powered features and explaining contributions.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as inference, models, context, and evaluation, plus interest in local/on-device AI.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into clear problems, solutions, and actionable requirements.
• Strong product judgment with emphasis on usability, scope, and measurable user value.
• Proven ability to create prototypes using design or coding tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable discussing trade-offs with engineers and non-technical colleagues.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and experience working in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Help shape AI features by translating the QV.AC vision into concrete use cases, proposals, and product requirements.
• Understand users and their problems; gather feedback and explore AI usage in daily workflows.
• Turn ideas into clear specifications: briefs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and flows.
• Prototype and explore with wireframes, mockups, and working prototypes; leverage AI tools.
• Collaborate on technical trade-offs; assess impact on latency, memory usage, and privacy.
• Support prioritization and planning; maintain a focused backlog aligned with priorities.
• Drive feature delivery from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Stay close to AI developments and evaluate practical relevance to QV.AC.
