Job summary

Harnham is seeking a senior engineering lead to oversee the development and enhancement of a proprietary data platform bridging internal systems and HubSpot. This fully remote contract spans 8 months, starting immediately, with a focus on scalable architecture and cross-team collaboration.

You'll mentor engineers, drive Node.js and TypeScript services, and partner with commercial, product, and HubSpot teams to deliver pragmatic solutions, leverage Agentic AI technologies, and align platform

Qualifications

Experience with GitHub Actions in modern development environments.
Understanding of HubSpot architecture, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Proven experience working with Agentic AI technologies and solutions.
Ability to lead conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and build consensus around solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead development and ongoing enhancement of a proprietary commercial data platform bridging internal systems and HubSpot.
Drive architectural decisions and define scalable solutions across multiple business and engineering stakeholders.
Gather requirements and translate them into deliverables with commercial, product, and engineering teams.
Maintain, optimise, and develop Node.js and TypeScript services.
