Job summary

Harnham is establishing a Data Hub to shape enterprise data and AI. The Head of Data Hub will lead engineering teams, drive delivery, and set technical direction to build a scalable, governed platform supporting analytics and AI use cases.

You will partner with stakeholders, oversee offshore teams, and codify best practices across Agile, DevOps, and reliability to advance the data strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of data or platform engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake and DBT.
• Strong SQL and Python capabilities.
• Experience in data architecture and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications.
• Experience leading offshore or distributed teams.
• Hands-on technical credibility.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Exposure to AI/ML platforms and workflows.
• Exposure to agent-based AI solutions.
• Backend or full-stack engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a modern enterprise data platform.
