Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, remotely on your schedule.

Contributors help shape AI systems by providing precise written feedback, scoring outputs for adherence and realism, and documenting issues like distorted motion or text errors. Paid weekly, up to $15/hr plus incentives, worldwide eligibility.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to verify issues.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Writing a concise, English explanation of what you saw or heard.
